1. Our Services

DravixGO is a platform that connects learners with independent certified driving instructors. While we vet all instructors on our platform, the actual teaching service is provided by the instructor.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must hold a valid learner's permit or license applicable to the lesson type booked.

3. Payments

Payments for lessons and packages are made upfront through our secure payment gateway, Razorpay.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Bookings are only confirmed once the payment is successfully verified.
• You agree to provide a valid Transaction ID / UTR for manual verification if requested.

4. Limitation of Liability

DravixGO acts as an intermediary. We are not liable for any accidents, damages, or injuries that may occur during a driving lesson. These should be addressed directly with the instructor and their insurance provider.
