Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms for refunds and cancellations for services booked through DravixGO. We aim to be fair to both our learners and instructors.

1. Cancellation by Learner

To cancel a scheduled lesson, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time.

  • Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: You will receive a full refund or credit for the lesson, which can be used to rebook for a future date.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: No refund or credit will be provided. This is to compensate our instructors for the reserved time slot that cannot be filled on short notice.
  • No-shows: If you do not show up for your lesson without prior notification, you will be charged the full amount for the lesson.

2. Cancellation by Instructor

In the rare event that an instructor needs to cancel a lesson due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, we will notify you as soon as possible. You will receive a full refund or credit for the lesson and we will assist you in rescheduling with the same or a different instructor at your convenience.

3. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

All cancellations must be made through your dashboard on the DravixGO platform. To request a refund based on our policy, please contact our support team through the contact form on our website or by emailing Ravisharma198605@gmail.com with your booking details.

4. Processing Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment.

5. Policy Modifications

DravixGO reserves the right to modify this refund and cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website.
