Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DravixGO, we aim to provide a fair and transparent cancellation and refund process for all our learners and instructors.

1. Cancellation by the Learner

If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Notice provided 24+ hours before: You are entitled to a full refund or a credit for a future lesson.
  • Notice provided less than 24 hours before: No refund will be issued, as the instructor's time has already been allocated.
  • No-show: If you fail to appear for a scheduled lesson without notice, the lesson fee is non-refundable.

2. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed through our payment partner, Razorpay. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI, Card, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days.

3. Package Refunds

For multi-lesson packages, refunds for unused portions are calculated based on the standard single-lesson rate, not the discounted package rate.
